Artificial intelligence specialist with over twenty years in technology and more than thirteen dedicated specifically to AI and machine learning (since 2012). Chief AI Officer at Teracloud, where I set the vision, architecture and AI adoption strategy for the company and its clients; alongside that role I maintain an independent practice in consulting, writing and public speaking on AI and data.
My work spans both technical construction —MLOps, data architectures, generative AI systems and agents in production— and the teaching and communication of those subjects to technical and non-technical audiences. Author of the D2M2 (Datera Data Maturity Model), a data maturity assessment framework used by Teracloud and other organizations, and of two books on AI leadership published in 2025, in Spanish and English.
My recent writing focuses on the public dimension of the problem: access to compute, to data and to AI education, and the re-skilling of junior professionals in the face of automation.
Taught the full course: business intelligence fundamentals, dimensional modeling, indicators and analytical exploitation of data, for students with no prior background in the subject.
A series of in-person workshops delivered at the Amazon Web Services offices in Santiago de Chile, Mexico City and Buenos Aires, and at Teracloud's offices in Córdoba. Mixed audiences of technical and business profiles.
Training module on data maturity assessment and the comparison of architectures (data lake, data warehouse, lakehouse), with hands-on generative AI demonstrations.
Open lecture in Spanish, available on YouTube.
Mentoring of data teams, architecture and code reviews, and internal training workshops as part of my technical advisory practice.
